Wooberly RoadAssist is a pre-build solution that helps entrepreneurs digitize their roadside assistance business.

How does Wooberly RoadAssist work?

Users sign up, browse available services, book what they need, communicate with service providers, track their progress, and complete payments.

Service providers sign up, select their service categories, set availability, accept bookings, complete tasks, and update their status.

Payments are processed automatically, and service providers receive their earnings from the admin.

The admin manages the platform, oversees users and service providers, monitors services, and collects commissions via the admin panel.

What is a 100% source code?

That means the code is not encrypted and you are the owner of the script for a lifetime. Moreover, complete ownership helps you to customize the solution as you wish.

Is Wooberly RoadAssist customizable from my end?

It is 100% customizable to develop any kind of service marketplace.

However, once the source code files are tampered with(after you modify the source code), we can't provide any technical support.

Yes, we help with one-time free installation and submission of your mobile apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

Please note that this is free assistance. Your payment covers only the product's source code files.

During app submission, if the Play Store or App Store asks for extra changes (like unique design or unique functionality changes), we can do it at an additional cost.

Apple App Store is very strict. They want apps with a unique design and features. If not, they may reject the app (Policy #4.3 - Design Regulations).

To avoid problems, we suggest you customize your app. You can hire us for this, or use your own team.

In any case, we will give you the full source code of the website and apps. You have full control.

How does unlimited updates work for me?

If you're eligible for unlimited updates, you'll receive the updated source code whenever we release product updates, including new features and bug fixes.

While these updates are free, please note that any website reinstallation, mobile app reinstallation, or app resubmission will incur additional costs.

How to apply the product updates to the customized version of your project?

If no custom changes are made, we can simply replace the files with the new version.

If we have worked on any custom changes, we need to compare the code and implement the changes.

Note: Updates are completely free, but we may charge you for the hours spent applying the upgrades.

If the customization was done by you, we will only provide updated source code files and will not be able to provide support for tampered source code files.

Can I still receive product updates if my tech support expires?

For the base plan, you receive a “6 months free update,” and for the higher package, the update is unlimited, for a lifetime.

About free server installation

We will install the script on your server free of cost for the first time. However, additional installation will incur additional costs.

About free SSL installation

We prefer Let's Encrypt SSL (it is free and offers automated renewal and open certificate authority).

If you wish to install another SSL provider, there will be an additional cost for the SSL installation.

What if my app gets rejected from the app stores?

If your app is rejected from the App Store or Play Store, we'll find and fix the issue, and relaunch your app successfully.

However, in some scenarios, some fixes may include additional customization; for that, you have to pay.

Does bug fixes support applicable to every plan?

Yes, it is applicable to every plan. However, the time period for the support changes.

  • 3 months for the starting package
  • 6 months for the higher package
What do we recommend for hosting?

We highly recommend AWS & DigitalOcean. It will work fine on any Ubuntu-based hosting servers.

Here is the minimum server requirement,

  • Operating System - Ubuntu 24.04
  • Storage - 50GB (Should be expandable)
  • RAM - 4GB (Should be expandable)
  • MySQL - Version 8.0
  • SSH with root user access

Note: The server should be plain and not have configurations like Apache, Databases, etc.

What is the difference between a single-domain and a multi-domain license?

A single-domain license can only be used for one business in a single domain. For example mybusiness.com.

Multi-domain licenses can be used for any number of businesses on multiple domains. For example mybusiness1.com, mybusiness2.com, etc.

What is static and dynamic content translation?

Static contents are rendered from the static language files in the web and mobile apps.

The dynamic contents are the inputs provided by the users/admin, which are stored in the database. Example: Listing name, description, etc.

Our free tech support covers the static content translation for a maximum of 3 languages (2 iterations for each language).
